Types or Fields of Activity
Design, engineering, procurement, project management, fabrication, installation and commissioning of offshore pipelines and heavy lift and subsea construction.
The offshore pipeline installation, heavy lift and subsea construction contractor Allseas operates worldwide with a versatile fleet of specialised heavy lift, pipelay and support vessels, designed and developed in-house. Allseas’ unique heavy lift vessel “Pioneering Spirit” removes and installs large platform topsides up to 48,000 tonnes and jackets up to 20,000 tonnes in a single lift. “Pioneering Spirit” commenced offshore operations in August 2016 and set a world lifting record with the single-lift removal of Shell's 24,200 t Brent Delta in April 2017. In 2013 Allseas announced plans to build a second single-lift vessel, “Amazing Grace”, for the installation and removal of the very largest existing platforms.
